Log in to your Kiabi account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at a designated collection point, or simply bring your items and invoice to any Kiabi store.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
